Toronto Grace Health cuts help desk volume with Essential Business Server 2008

TGHC worked with Luna Development, Microsoft and Intel to implement Microsoft Windows® Essential Business Server 2008 Standard, an integrated, all-in-one server solution designed and priced specifically for mid-sized organizations. The centre has since reduced help desk calls by 23 per cent, maintenance time by 30 per cent, and is now more focused on strategic initiatives.
